For the fiftieth anniversary of the Club des Cent Cols, the Alpes du Nord meeting will this year be held at the emblematic place of the Club’s creation. This col was the 100th of Jean Perdoux since he started his own list of cols.
This meeting is meant to be a moment of conviviality during which we will meet up not only with our own Club members, but also with local cyclists who, we hope, will want to join us.
We expect to welcome participants from 11.00 am at the car park of the forest house of Prémol, about 2 km from the Col Luitel (Uriage side).
If you are coming to this get-together, it’s best to arrive between 11.00 and 11.15. There is no obligation of itinerary – you can come as you like, but the most important thing is to be on time for the 50th anniversary ceremony.
However, two circuits are suggested, one road and one MTB :
Road, possible start at 08.30 from the car park at the exit from Uriage towards Gieres (cars and camping cars) OR 14732557. 14km and 900m of climbing
Off-road, possible start at 08.30 from the car park of the maison forestiere at Prémol OR 14732512. 16km and 560m of climbing.
After the meeting, if you are up to it, you can ride the circuits suggested by two Club members : Thierry Labour OR 14732557 (59km and 1862m of climbing), and Pierre Chatel OR 14732512 (67.6km and 2030m of climbing).
