Catalogue of the cols of the United States

Description

The United States offers a huge variety of landscapes….and passes – mainly in the 3 main mountain ranges (the Appalachians, the Rockies and the Cascades/Sierra Nevada). Taking advantage of the huge amount of data and geographic sources freely available, an international working group, including American and European members, has completely reviewed and published a new edition of the U.S. Cols Catalogue in 2018. It has nearly 7000 passes conforming to the Club’s rules.

This catalogue is the reference work for the U.S. passes. The annual lists of passes you have climbed in this country must therefore refer to this document.
